Hailey Hunt, 2016 Junior Miss St. Jude, Delivers Pop Tabs

“Hailey actually donating her pop tabs in person has been one of the most memorable things she has done while holding the title of Junior Miss St. Jude. I am so glad Hailey was able to collect tabs and help support the Ronald McDonald house and St. Jude,” said Courtney Graves (Hailey’s mother).

Hailey collected pop tabs from all over: Houston, Dallas, Austin, TX and places in South Carolina as well as all over Louisiana. Many local businesses, her school, friends, family and even some strangers collected pop tabs.

Ever since the day Hailey Elizabeth Hunt took the title of 2016 Junior Miss St. Jude, all she has talked about and wanted to do was collect pop tabs and bring them to Memphis. Ever since Hailey started school and heard about St. Jude, she has always wanted to help.  She has had a special place in her heart for St. Jude since she was in kindergarten!

From Covington, LA, Hailey is almost 13 years old and going into 7th grade. Hailey is very involved in the community as well as her school. She is a cheerleader for her school as well as an all-star cheerleader.  She is a barrel racer, does pageants, and is involved in the church’s youth group. She loves volunteering in the community, hunting and fishing, and hanging out with her friends and family. Hailey is an honor student.

Hailey will be running for Teen Miss St. Jude on August 26th in Zwolle, La so hopefully she will have another fun and exciting year representing St. Jude!
