Thank You Dollar Tree Employees

During the past six years, Dollar Tree and its employees have come together to support Ronald McDonald House of Memphis through various fundraising efforts.

Tammy Rayford, Dollar Tree Human Resource Manager, decided to find a way for local Dollar Tree employees to give back after meeting a parent that had stayed at Ronald McDonald House of Memphis while her child was being treated at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

“We are very excited about supporting Ronald McDonald House,” said Rayford. “You never know when you or a family member may need a place like Ronald McDonald House and it feels good helping those in need.”

Through a series of fundraisers, luncheons and payroll deduction programs, Dollar Tree employees have donated more than $35,000 to Ronald McDonald House.

For their most recent fundraiser, they partnered with Corky’s Ribs & BBQ. They sold Corky’s Boston butts around Memphis and presented Ronald McDonald House with a check from the profits at their annual holiday luncheon.
