$500 – $999 fundraising stores receive a $50 gift. $1,000+ fundraising stores receive a $100 gift. Sent to Owner Operators to use to coordinate with and celebrate their stores in a way that motivates there teams best.
$500+ fundraising stores are placed in a random drawing. The Owner Operator of the winning store will select one person from their team to receive a special gift from RMHC-Memphis as their “Round-Up Rockstar”.

Essence has been working at our Brownsville location for 3 years. She is a crew trainer and she performs all tasks with a great attitude.
Sabreena has been ambassador for the Harrisburg location. Not only is she an amazing employee but she has always put passion into the RMHC round-up.
Top10 stores with the highest percentage of growth each month are placed in a random drawing. The Owner Operator of the winning store will select one crew member from there team to receive a special gift from RMHC-Memphis.
Stores will be placed in a drawing for each month they raise $500+ in a quarter. The entire crew of the winning store will receive RMHC-Memphis Round-Up hats. Drawings will be held in April (for Jan-Mar), August (for Apr-Jun), October (for Jul-Sep), and January (for Oct-Dec).
Are you a part of the Round-Up Club yet? When your store raises the NFO Goal of $1000 or more you are a member of the club and will receive a certificate to be displayed in your store. Once you are in a club you are always in the club until you reach the next level! Way to go to the below $1000, $2000, $3000, and $4000 Clubs!

Big news! Thanks to the support of 130 McDonald’s locations, the 2023 McDonald’s “Round-Up for RMHC” campaign raised a whopping $986,056 for RMHC-Memphis!
But that’s not all! We’re excited to share that the overwhelming support helps our expansion into Jackson, TN in 2024, in efforts to serve even more families in need as their child receives care at Le Bonheur Children’s.
