A Cajun Christmas

The Cajun Christmas group was founded by Jeff and Sonya Rollo who are the parents of Wesley Rollo.  Wes was a RMHC-Memphis resident several years ago.  The family wanted to give back so last year they formed this organization and made their first Cajun Christmas trip to Memphis.  The day started off with homemade cinnamon rolls and they spent the rest of the day setting up and cooking.  They held fundraisers to support their event and they had their community “adopt” kids for Christmas presents.  They gave each family a nice gift card as well.  They had games, crafts, face painting, a photo booth and much more.  The volunteers cooked a great Cajun meal.  Fun was had by all!
